Quality of Education

To raise standards and accelerate progress across the curriculum with a particular focus on writing and then the implementation of some foundation subjects

Behaviour & Attitudes

To embed growth mindset in our children to improve their resilience when tackling difficult work or challenges, in turn, further enhancing their wellbeing and behaviour

EYFS

Middle leaders to use their expertise to further enhance the EY provision so that all children are more readily able to draw upon the building blocks of Early Years and apply this to the learning in Reception & Year 1
